License Notice: Upgrading from R11 to R12 License Key Required - April 19, 2016

“When upgrading from R11 to R12, some users are reporting that the software requires them to input a TransMagic license key. If available, please use the same license key you were provided for R11 as this will also work for R12. If you do not have your license key available, or would like some assistance with this process, please send an e-mail to license@transmagic.com”

Auto-Update Notice: TransMagic R12 - April 18, 2016 3:30pm

Auto-Update to R12 in some rare instances encounters the following error message:  “The current user account does not have install privileges. Please log-in with an install/admin account to proceed with the upgrade.”  To correct the issue click here to download 64-bit TransMagic R12 and launch the executable after the file download is finished (make sure TransMagic is not running before double-clicking the exe file to launch).

Software Conflict Notice:


FARO CAM2Q software causes DLL conflicts with TransMagic If you have FARO CAM2Q installed on your machine, it will cause issues with translations and running TransMagic. This is not the fault of TransMagic but we can help you to correct the issue. If you are running this software alongside TransMagic on the same machine please read FAQ 205024519.
